Today I had 1/2 cups of coffee. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread. I drank a red bull.
I ran for 62 minutes for 5 miles on a treadmill with a 1.0 incline.
Drank a protein shake.
Ate whole grain waffles with syrup, yogurt, blueberries, and almonds.
The run wasn't bad. I wish I made it to 6 miles but hopefully with time I will get there.
